Terms & Condition

5 Steps to Get “Cash Vouchers” with xCashPoint.

1. Open the xCash app and select “Scan” menu.
2. Scan the QR Code from the redemption counter and enter the 6-digit personal code or scan the fingerprint.
3. Enter the Cash Voucher value you want to redeem on line 1.
4. Enter the same xCashPoint value on line 2.
5. EmQuartier staff at the redemption counter will enter a 4-digit "shop code".
6. Transaction is complete.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Each user can spend up to 10,000 xCashPoint throughout the program, which is restricted to a total of 5,000,000 xCashPoint.
2. We reserve the right to issue vouchers with payment by xCashPoint only (not cash or credit card via xCash).
3. Vouchers can be used at all participating stores except “Petch Thai” and technology shops.
4. Vouchers expire on 31 Mar 2021.
5. 100 xCashPoint is equal to a voucher of 100 baht.
6. Register for the privilege at Redemption Counter, M Floor, The EmQuartier.
7. Conditions are as specified by the company.
8. The company reserves the right to change the terms without prior notice.
